Hotel Terme Don Pepe - Lacco Ameno (Isola d'Ischia)

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Terme Don Pepe. Polite and helpful staff, great room , quiet location, good thermal spring. Easy access to public transport and beach.

Everything is what i need and want.

It was only a 5 min. walk to the beach and shopping. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was great. Awesome antipasta buffet!

I didn't like that you had to pay for using the beach. The bed was way too hard for us to sleep comfortably. If the bed was softer I would give the room a much higher rating but I consider that a pretty important feature.

Nice swimming pool, located close to the seaside, to shopping streets, to bus stop.

Located in a busy street with cars and buses, noisy even at night.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We had no problem finding a parking spot, and there was easy transportation thanks to bus stops near the hotel. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly loved the tasty breakfast that the hotel provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the beach in a quiet area. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, with its luxurious jacuzzi and relaxing massage. The hotel also had a beautiful sun terrace where I could unwind and enjoy the sun. the experience was top-notch and I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Located near the beach, the hotel is easily accessible. the rooms are kept clean and the linen is changed daily, providing a comfortable stay. the food is delicious and chef provides new dishes every day to please guests.

The thermal pools and spa need an upgrade for a more relaxing stay.

What a weekend! The hotel was situated near the beach and within walking distance to local shops. The quality of the spa and the services we received there were marvelous. The hotel also provided plenty of sun loungers by the outdoor pool, which we loved. The room had a balcony and free Wi-Fi, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The meals provided at the hotel did not meet our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner could have offered more variety.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from the street and the other guests. The decoration was a bit outdated and not very modern. However, this didn’t affect my stay too much and I was happy with the overall experience.
